Weight Loss Soy Protein Program / Diet Plan:
A simple weight loss diet could include the following suggested diet and
eating habits.
GOLDEN RULES: To lose weight using weight loss protein powders
that replace no more than 1 1/2 meals per day.
It is important to avoid the following foods;
Saturated Fats: Fried foods even lightly fried foods, hydrogenated
oils (most margarine, butter, cream, mayonnaise and similar foods). Steam or
grill do not fry or sauté. Only use cold pressed virgin olive oil (and similar
cold pressed
omega oils). Do not heat or fry. Increase your intake of unsaturated
fats.
Sugar & Artificial Sweeteners: All foods that contain sugar, read
labels carefully you be amazed how many processed foods contain sugar. Some
artificial sweeteners have been known to be cacogenic (cause cancer)! Use slim-2
sugar away for sugar craving help. Try stevia as a

as an alternative.
Suggested meals that may be replaced using weight loss soy protein powders
include;
Breakfast: Vitamin Source Soy-Spirulina Protein Powder blended

melons, plums, peaches, apricots, nectarines, black berries, blue berries and

and mushrooms. Include only one of the following : Baked or boiled potato
OR whole wheat or sprouted grain bread OR cottage cheese. Experiment with
different fresh dressings : this is what makes a salad. Try different herbs,
fresh lemon to replace the apple cider vinegar. Add mustard or paprika for a
change. Take 2 capsules of slim-1 metabo plus.
Mid Afternoon Snack: Have only one of the following; 1) Left over
serving from lunch 2) More fresh fruit or 3) Drink another Vitamin Source Soy-Spirulina
Protein Powder blended with 40% fresh fruits and water.
Dinner: Option 1: Protein + Vegetables + Salad.
Grilled white meat : Fish or chicken or similar + steamed or raw vegetables +
green salad and olive oil, apple cider vinegar and herb dressing.
Dinner Option 2: Carbohydrates + Vegetables + Salad. Carbohydrate
: Brown rice or Whole wheat pasta or a Potato dish or similar + steamed or raw
vegetables + a green salad with a cold pressed olive oil, apple cider vinegar
and herb dressing.
