- Rosemary is good for pain related to cramps and muscle spasms.
- Chamomile is effective in relieving tension and nerve pain. (Monitor yourself

- Peppermint is helpful for headaches, congestion, fatigue, muscle soreness and
is an antispasmodic.
- Tea Tree is an anti-inflammatory and antiseptic.
- Calendula helps sooth inflammation and helps heal wounds.
